Hello my fellow officials. This year marks the second of my two-year stint as your president of the I.B.O.A. and it has been my extreme pleasure to have done so.  On behalf of myself and the I.B.O.A. Board, I wish to welcome you all to the upcoming 2023-2024 basketball season.
